About Katie

Having always remembered having horses in her life, she does not come from a “Horsey Family”. During school she worked in exchange for riding which sparked her interest in grooming.
After deciding A-Levels weren’t for her, she completed her level 2&3 Apprenticships under the guidance of 5* Eventer Emma Forsyth and Nicola Burton at Wrestow Stud.

Katie then went on to be Head Girl for a number of well respected Event Riders including Jodie Amos, Bert Bolton and Ginny Howe. Before going Freelance in 2022.

Katie made her 5* grooming debut with Grace Taylor and Game Changer at Burghley in 2023.

Based in Daventry, Northamptonshire. Katie is ideally centrally located to travel around the UK
